At Urban Gate, each piece is made-to-order with intention. Because of this, our return policy differs from traditional retail.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast production.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase
  • After this window, orders are already in production and cannot be modified

Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must beΒ unused, in theΒ same conditionΒ that you received it, and in theΒ original packaging. Returns must be initiated withinΒ 30 daysΒ of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

To complete your return, aΒ receipt or proof of purchaseΒ is required.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is confirmed defective or incorrect
  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method withinΒ 5–10 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company β€” it may take some time for your refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank β€” there is often a delay in processing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every item.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

We will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Urban Gate is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.


Shipping

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to claim the package

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using aΒ trackable shipping serviceΒ or purchasingΒ shipping insuranceΒ for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
